Wholesale Eligibility and Ordering: 

Account Approval: Wholesale accounts are reserved for valid, registered businesses (e.g., Local Yarn Shops or indie designers). Proof of a reseller certificate or business license may be required. 

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): In order to keep Yarnfloozy products accessible to everyone we do not currently have a minimum order requirement.

Turnaround Time and Dye Lots

Made-to-Order: Because our yarn is hand-dyed in small batches, we will contact you upon receiving your order to confirm the production time frame before shipment.

Dye Lots: Skeins are dyed to order to ensure they come from the same dye lot. However, variations in color between different batches are an inherent characteristic of hand-dyed yarns.

Pricing and Payment Terms

Wholesale Pricing: All prices are listed in NZ$ and are subject to change without prior notice. Wholesale prices are typically 30% off the recommended retail price (RRP). Payments must be in NZ$. For payments in other currencies, buyer bears any exchange fees and assumes exchange-rate risk.

Payment: Full payment is required upfront before production begins, unless prior net-terms are agreed upon in writing. We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer.

Taxes, duties & import fees: Prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs clearance in their country.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated and added to your final invoice. 

Risk of Loss: All items are shipped at the buyer's risk. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays once the package is transferred to the carrier

Returns, Damages, and Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect all packages upon arrival. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the defective item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Returns & Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of hand-dyed yarn, we do not accept general returns or exchanges of unsold stock.

Intellectual Property & Online Sales

Use of Images: You are permitted to use product photographs provided by Yarnfloozy for the purpose of promoting and reselling our yarn.

Brand Representation: When selling our yarn online or in-store, you must credit Yarnfloozy and refer to the specific yarn base and colorway names.

Pricing, terms, and trade discounts are confidential and not to be disclosed to third parties.
