When will my order ship?

All orders will ship on the next business day. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number (if applicable). Parcels will be sent with Courier Post. NZ Post is available, however buyer bears the responsibility.

How do I care for my Yarnfloozy yarn?

For best results, hand-wash your finished project with a drop of mild detergent in cool water. If using dark or saturated colours along with light always swatch first to prevent surprises.
